Welcome to Fitness 24 Bury. By signing up for a membership or using our facilities at Albert Works, Brook Street, Bury (BL9 6AH), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Access Control: Membership grants you 24/7 access to the facility via your designated entry key or system. Your access method is strictly personal and must not be shared, loaned, or transferred.
Tailgating: Allowing non-members or unauthorised individuals into the facility at any time will result in immediate membership termination and a penalty charge.
Age Requirement: All members must be aged 18 or over to access the gym unassisted.
Subscriptions: All monthly membership fees are collected via Direct Debit or recurring card payment in advance.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a flexible monthly membership, you must provide written notice at least [Insert Number, e.g., 30] days prior to your next billing date.
Defaulted Payments: If a payment fails, access to the gym will be automatically suspended until the balance is settled.
Cleanliness: Members must wipe down equipment after use using the sanitisation stations provided and return all weights to their correct racks.
Safety: Appropriate training attire and clean athletic footwear must be worn at all times.
Sauna Use: Members must follow the posted safety regulations for the male and female saunas, including maximum time limits and hygiene guidelines.
Members warrant that they are in good physical condition and know of no medical reason why they cannot engage in active or passive exercise.
Fitness 24 Bury accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought onto the premises, including vehicles parked in our private car park.
